Rosada
An almost unknown pears variety

Rosada is a pear but it doesn't seem; it doesn't have a pear shape, (it's circular) and it hasen't the colour you usually see on a pear: it's yellow and red.
You could say that it looks like an apple, and you're right. But it's so juicy and sweet and it's flavour doesn't leave any doubt. It's really very good.
Rosada's peculiarity is that every parasite, fungus or any other tree disease jumps on it; so we must pay much attention, during all the activity period of the trees, from March to October, to every kind of disease.
